King Emperguin is a fan-made character by MarioFan65. He is the ruler of Blue World and known to be a guardian of the two worlds are Blue World and Rainbow World. His heartsong is "Move Your Body" by the Italian band Eiffel 65. He is Memphis's rainbow counterpart.
