Penguin Hell is a place of eternal torment in an afterlife, often after resurrection. This is where all the bad penguins and villains of Antarctica reside and work here forever. This is where Darksmoke is sent after being defeated by a water splash in Happy Feet Four (MarioFan65's Version) and known to be staying here forever like all the other bad penguins like him for forming into a emperor penguin. This place and dimension is ruled by Lord Darktisk who was once exlied by Noah the Elder in Emperor-Land.
